    n) Determining the 'recruitment' criteria for the typical franchisee.

    p) Mapping out the entire recruitment process from advertising to signing the contract with the franchise candidate.
    q) Determining the venues and best tools for solliciting new candidates

    Putting together all these elements in a comprehensive Business Plan for review and discussion with Management.

    Michel Gagnon, the firm's Principal is an accredited franchise expert and has over 20 years of experience in franchising, as a franchisor himself, guest speaker on the subject in Canada and other countries (Morocco, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan), has been part of a team involved in a major mandate from the African Development Bank in Africa (South Africa, Egypt and Morocco) and has assisted Canadian companies in expanding in franchising here in Canada. Davier has been a member of the CFA for more than 12 years. Mr. Gagnon and his team have subtantial experience in Management, Finance, Business development and Consulting at senior level.
